Overmono have announced their second album Pure Devotion, set for release on 7th August 2026 via XL Recordings.

Named after the duo’s live event series launched in 2024, the 11-track project marks the most expansive release yet from brothers Tom and Ed Russell. The album leans into experimental production methods and analogue hardware, blending rough-edged textures with an emotional core. Features come from British poet John Joseph Holt, collaborator Kindora, and Ruthven.

The announcement arrives alongside lead single “Lockup”. Inspired by post-punk rule-breaking, the track samples Birmingham cult act Fast Relief and is paired with a new visual directed by longtime collaborator Rollo Jackson.

Pure Devotion follows a major run of live shows for Overmono and will be supported by further dates throughout 2026 including a huge sold-out headline show at the Old Royal Naval College on 7th August, and festivals such as Movement Festival, Primavera Sound, Down The Rabbit Hole and We Love Green.
