Jorja Smith has released “I Lied, You Lied”, the latest single from her upcoming third album, What Are The Odds, out 21st August via FAMM.
The new track deals with a relationship marked by dishonesty and emotional exhaustion, tracing Jorja’s move from frustration to certainty as she chooses to leave it behind. Co-produced by P2J and Marco Bernardis, it combines electronic programming and instrumentals with understated production. The upcoming album, What Are The Odds, draws on UK Garage, Grime, 2-Step, UK Funky and House, and was created independently with P2J.
The release follows Jorja’s run as special guest across all six of Harry Styles’ Mexico City shows on his Together, Together tour. What Are The Odds arrives the same day Jorja co-headlines All Points East in London’s Victoria Park alongside Tems, on a bill she curated with FAMM featuring Nia Archives, kwn, Ayra Starr, Odeal, Westside Gunn, Uncle Waffles, DJ EZ, Maverick Sabre, Katy B, and a one-off performance from Elmiene and The Sunday Service Choir.
