London label Damson Madder has released its first footwear collection, collaborating with Clarks Originals on reworked versions of the Wallabee and Nomad silhouettes.
The “Walla Damson” Wallabee features a red suede upper, hiking-inspired eyelets and a custom “Damson Girl” heel motif referencing Clarks’ 1970s “Trekman” graphic. The “Nomad Damson” Mule reworks Clarks’ open-back Nomad style in a “Chocolate Plum” colourway, with a double strap featuring branded silver hardware. Both styles include a custom polka-dot footbed and mix-and-match fob charms.
Damson Madder Creative Director Fontaine Anderson said the collaboration felt like a natural extension of the brand’s design language onto two of Clarks’ most recognisable silhouettes.
